Working with the client to develop a reward strategy, policies practices and procedures and setup of C&B support function within HR Department. Handover to client’s inhouse team.
Provide support to cover extended leave periods and ensuring effective maintenance of current C&B function.
Manage major inhouse projects on behalf of management and/or HR function. For example:
- Job evaluation assignments
- Design and maintenance of pay structures
- Annual benchmarking process
- Co-ordination of the annual pay review process
- Performance Management Review
- Co-ordination of the bonus payout process
- Selected reward and recognition programmes
- Fringe Benefits provision and administration
