Jenny Smyth & Associates provide an interim management solution for clients requiring a timely compensation and benefits intervention without incurring the expense of additional headcount. Due to our skill level and depth of expertise, we can be fully productive in a matter of days and skills transfer and mentoring if/as appropriate may be an integral element of the brief.
Interim Reward Services Working with the client to develop a reward strategy, policies practices and procedures and setup of C&B support function within HR Department. Handover to client’s inhouse team.

Provide support to cover extended leave periods and ensuring effective maintenance of current C&B function.

Manage major inhouse projects on behalf of management and/or HR function. For example:
  • Job evaluation assignments
  • Design and maintenance of pay structures
  • Annual benchmarking process
  • Co-ordination of the annual pay review process
  • Performance Management Review
  • Co-ordination of the bonus payout process
  • Selected reward and recognition programmes
  • Fringe Benefits provision and administration
