Jenny Smyth has extensive experience of working in all areas of reward management from benchmarking to high level reward strategy.
Since 1990 Jenny has worked on a wide range of reward and performance initiatives with a variety of organistions in the private, not-for-profit and public sectors. She has applied her expertise to support clients at various stages of development through start-ups, growth, restructuring, mergers and acquisitions.
Prior to setting up her own consultancy practice, Jenny Smyth & Associates (JSA) in 2002, she was a Director of Alpha Consulting, a human resources consulting practice and before that worked with Inbucon Ireland Limited, International Business Consultants, for seven years.
Jenny holds a Bachelors degree in Social Science (hons), Masters degree in Business Studies (Human Resources Management & Industrial Relations) (first class hons) from University College Dublin and a Diploma in Business & Life Coaching.
She is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Personal Development and a Fellow of the Institute of Management Advisors in Ireland. Jenny both lectures and delivers training in reward management for third level bodies and management institutes.
